On top of all the work of planning, assessing, and maintaining communication with families, the world is always changing and technology is always evolving. Educators now navigate the complexities of artificial intelligence (AI) as they work with students who have ready access to the tools.

Lexia® is focused on supporting teachers, as well as building on what research has historically supported in reading education. With this in mind, Lexia is keen to utilize AI in ways that can save teachers time, as well as help educators and school leaders think about how to use it in meaningful ways for classroom instruction.

At Lexia, our desire is to equip teachers with the resources they need, including tools and curriculum, for accomplishing the important work of literacy education. We share AI and edtech tools so teachers can find useful resources for support—these tools cannot replace the work a teacher does, but they can make the work more manageable as teachers focus on the complexity of helping all students engage in reading and writing.
